Studying Bible lands has permanently marked my life and changed the way I understand the Scriptures. My experience is not unique.
I have videotaped a number of interviews with those who have both studied geography and also been to Israel. I hope this video encourages you personally to experience the Lands of the Bible for yourself . . . or at least to begin praying about the possibility. It's worth it.

oh how i long to return...a semester was wonderful...but I think I shall feel homesick for Isreal all my life
Thank you so much for posting this video. I was called to Israel by Jesus Himself back in 1988, and I went as though He was my tour guide and companion. I wasn't interested in souveneirs...I just wanted to be with Him. I had just come through an 18 month clinical depression, and somehow it felt like the trip I made was God's gift to me for my faithfulness to Him during that time...a reward for taking the deep journey where He had so much to teach me. Watching your video brought back the sights so vividly to me. I do hope many will have the opportunity to walk the land where Jesus walked and feel His presence on their journey.
